General Terms & Conditions
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. We ship to Germany and all EU countries. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Times
Germany: 2–5 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return has been received and inspected.
Exchanges are only available for customers within the European Union.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.
Sizing & Claims

Please check our size guide before placing your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email and include a photo of the issue.
